Location: HQ office in Hove, 3 days per week and WFH Monday & Fridays.
Hours: 37.5 hours a week
Salary: £27,500
Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays

About Stop.Breathe.Think.
Stop.Breathe.Think. is a game changing mental health service for young people aged 8-21
years. A unique mental health service offering early intervention and brief solution focused
therapy through online counselling sessions. With no wait times, our team of specialised
counsellors are matched to the young person in order to address the challenges they are
facing. The Service Coordinator will be the first point of contact for individuals, parents and
professionals, to ensure that vital support is provided to those most in need across the UK.

Key duties and responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact for the service. Manage Stop.Breathe.Think inbox, all
correspondence with external parties: organisations, parents, individuals and young
people; and all referrals to the service.
• Manage all referrals for assessments, drawing reports on intake bookings made,
approve or deny assessment booking requests as appropriate, allocate assessment
bookings to intake team, add patient data to Iaptus.
• Be responsible for all client data on Iaptus Electronic Patient Record (EPR) database.
It’s a cloud-based and customised to Stop.Breathe.Think patient pathways.
• Liaise with our Iaptus Account Manager if any issues with the software arise.
• Ensure all fields are completed, the system is up to date and the whole system is
being used as needed by counsellors by completing regular data checks.
• Work closely with Stop.Breathe.Think counselling and intake team, providing them
with ongoing support using iaptus systems and answering service-related queries.
• Supporting new staff joining the team with inductions on our systems.
• Use iaptus to download regular reports and graphs to measure impact, providing data
for the fundraising team, partnership updates and supporting the Head of Service as
and when needed.
• Assist with the generation and design of data reports in line with service level
agreements for organisations in partnership with the service.
• Work closely with the Counsellor Manager and DSL to arrange triage calls when
required
• Check counsellor invoices against data on iaptus & address any errors.
• To be able to use Donorfy to raise SBT invoices for individuals & organisations and
ensure they are signed up to marketing comms.
• Attend regular Stop.Breathe.Think. team meetings.
• Support Head of Service with growing the service nationally by attending meetings as
required.
• Support the Head of Service with creating marketing resources to promote the
service to young people, parents and organisations.
• Assist with creation of social media content (facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc) and
content for SBT website (blog posts & articles).
• Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as maybe reasonably
required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibilities of this job.
This may include occasional evening work and events.
Essential Criteria
1. Passionate about the cause – you have a demonstrated interest in mental health and
motivation to support young people.
2. A high level of interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability of dealing with
confidential and sensitive issues appropriately.
3. Organisational, time management and problem-solving skills as well as emotional
awareness, intelligence and resilience.
4. Experience of working independently and managing your own workload.
5. Enhanced DBS check (Stop.Breathe.Think will process this).
6. Understanding of and adherence to all policies and procedures concerning the
Safeguarding of young people.
7. Sound knowledge of MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Management and Support
The Service Coordinator will report to the Head of Stop.Breathe.Think.
The Trustees will determine the overall direction of the Stop.Breathe.Think Service and will
set the overall priorities in consultation with the Director and Operations Director.
